Hi friends and family,

Let’s support the good in the world and make a difference during our Annual Giving Tuesday Campaign. Help us create first connections, enrichment and support to families who face financial hardship for Parent Resource Center.

I joined the Parent Resource Center in 1998 with my first child. My family loved the organization from our first day that we joined. My husband and three children spent many hours at the PRC. Over the years, I volunteered at the PRC organization and their Stepping Stones Program (Outreach Program). In addition, I have found life long friends there. I met my good friend, Dawn Serignese, at the PRC in 2002.

Dawn and I were Co-presidents from 2003 to 2005, among many other PRC board roles. We both remain involved in the PRC Advisory Board. The PRC needs financial support to continue running programs for in-need families. Please consider making a donation to help the PRC continue providing classes, activities and education to families with young children.

To celebrate and help raise awareness for a great organization, we are inviting you to my home (52 Locust Avenue in Port Washington) on Monday, December 8th from 6pm to 8pm for a cocktail party. Come and Mingle with the friends that you met at PRC. Dawn and I are so grateful to the PRC since we became friends by joining the PRC! We are on our 23rd year of friendship thanks to the Parent Resource Center! Drinks and appetizers will be provided. There will be a raffle as well! THE PARENT RESOURCE CENTER:

Parent Resource Center’s (PRC) Outreach Program, which helps local families and children make their first connections through early learning, play, and community.

The PRC’s Stepping Stones program provides preschool readiness and early childhood enrichment for economically eligible families in Port Washington and the surrounding areas. This year, the PRC is raising funds to provide scholarships for children from the Stepping Stones program to attend our community classes in art and music, science, mixed media art, and more.

Your support will help these children experience the same joy, creativity, and connection that every young learner deserves.
