Put on your boogie shoes, your creative cocktail / formal attire, and come dance the night away at PRC Studio 24 to benefit the Parent Resource Center. This year the Parent Resource Center is honoring Lee Anne Vetrone and Elizabeth Holzman.
Lee Anne Vetrone believes in the power of community, connection and collaboration. She is a development and marketing professional with three decades of experience in high-impact roles that benefit her communities. She is the Director of Development for The Nicholas Center, a non-profit that supports and empowers Autistic adults. A third generation Port Washingtonian, she is mom to three PRC babies who accompanied her to Mommy-n-Me, Music with Jeff Sorg and even to Board meetings. She served on the PRC Executive Board for six years, three as Board President. She and her Executive Board enacted the Milestone Project - a business framework to ensure future PRC success. Lee Anne coined the phrase, "It all starts at the PRC" and she's right!
Elizabeth Holzman thrives on commitment to family and community service. Her diverse career experiences -- from Disney on Broadway, to Grey Advertising, to Keller Williams Points North, to Shibley Day Camp, to Be the Rainbow Inc. -- have always been marked with creativity, innovation, and leadership. When her first baby was born, she walked into the PRC and never looked back. Shortly after, she joined the PRC Board of Directors, serving as Secretary for two years and as Co-President for three years. As a devoted mother and part-time overachiever, her story inspires us to make a difference and leave a legacy of positive change in our communities.
We ask you to partner with us in our mission to support first connections, parents, and early childhood enrichment programs for all of our community’s young families. The Parent Resource Center’s outreach program continues to grow and thrive. Studies have shown that early childhood education and enrichment programs exponentially impact children’s lives. We are proud to make these opportunities available to all families in our community.
